Request For Instructions for Potential & Future Vendors/Suppliers
This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP), but an important action item that all potential vendors and suppliers should take prior to bidding on any AVCP solicitations. Please note that obtaining a Unique Entity ID number is a new process. All vendors must complete this requirement and have a valid UEID in order to be evaluated for an award under the Afghanistan Value Chains Program (AVCP) or any other USAID-funded awards.
